CASA AQUARELA was inaugurated in 2015 just 3 km from the LAVAGNA motorway exit, 4 km from the sea of CHIAVARI and LAVAGNA in the heart of the GULF of TGULLIO, between PORTOFINO and SESTRI LEVANTE.

You can use both covered and uncovered parking free of charge, large garden with relaxation area and barbecue available for guests of the house. Free Wifi is available throughout the structure.

Casa Aquarela & Sustainability
With the aim of being able to offer our contribution in terms of ECO SUSTAINABILITY, our Bed & Breakfast is equipped with a HEAT PUMP that supplies the energy needs of the structure. The heating is underfloor offering significant savings in energy consumption, both in the phase of heating the rooms in the winter season and cooling them during the summer season.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning capable of emitting cool and warm air.
The B&B is further equipped with SOLAR PANELS which contribute to the production of all the hot water used in the structure.
